Terms of Service

1. General Provisions

1.1. These terms of service govern the rules for using the zeryt.pl website (hereinafter: the "Service").
1.2. The Service is educational in nature and is designed to help users study traffic regulations and prepare for driving license exams.

2.1. The Administrator provides educational content, the official exam question database, and proprietary tools for learning and taking practice tests.
2.2. Browsing the official question database and using the basic exam simulator mode is fully available to every User without the need to log in.
2.3. Creating a User Account is voluntary. Login is required only to access personalized features, such as: tracking learning statistics, personalizing question selection (based on the FSRS algorithm), and calculating exam readiness.
2.4. Using the Service is currently free of charge. The Service may display advertisements to cover operational costs.

3.1. During optional registration, the User is required to provide a genuine email address.
3.2. A User who is under 16 years of age and wishes to create an account declares that they have obtained consent from a parent or legal guardian.
3.3. The User agrees to use the Service in accordance with the law and good practice.
3.4. It is prohibited to use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to mass-download content from the Service, which may burden the technical infrastructure.

4.1. Exam questions and accompanying multimedia (photos, videos) originate from the official Ministry of Infrastructure database and constitute public information. The Administrator makes no copyright claims over them.
4.2. The Administrator's original explanations, question commentaries, graphical layout (UI), and the Service's source code are the intellectual property of the Administrator and are protected under copyright law.
4.3. Copying, distributing, or commercially using the Administrator's original content (in particular, question explanations) without their consent is prohibited.

5.1. The Administrator makes every effort to ensure the question database complies with current law, but does not guarantee its accuracy relative to official exam systems.
5.2. The Service is only a learning support tool. The Administrator is not responsible for results obtained by the User in state driving license exams.
5.3. The Administrator is not liable for Service interruptions resulting from technical reasons.

6.1. All comments, bugs, and complaints should be reported to the email address: kontakt@zeryt.pl.
6.2. The Administrator makes every effort to process submissions as quickly as possible.

7.1. A logged-in User may delete their account at any time in their profile settings.
7.2. The Administrator reserves the right to amend the Terms of Service. Users will be notified of significant changes within the Service or by email.

8.1. Matters not covered by these Terms shall be governed by Polish law, in particular the Civil Code and GDPR.
