2. What data do we collect and for what purpose?

We process your data for the following purposes:

• Account registration and management (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR): We collect your email address and password to create and maintain your account.
• Login via third-party services: If you choose to log in via Google, Discord, or Apple, we receive your email address and a unique technical identifier from these providers necessary for authorization (in accordance with the minimal data scope you consent to).
• Tracking learning progress: We save your test results and learning history to enable you to use the main features of the service and verify your progress.
• Analytical and advertising purposes (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR): We use external tools, which involves collecting anonymized statistical data and information about your device.

3. Data Recipients

Your data is not sold to any external entities. To ensure the service operates properly, we entrust data processing to trusted partners:

• Technical infrastructure providers: entities providing hosting services and database maintenance.
• Login system providers: operators of authorization services (Google, Discord, Apple), if the user chooses this login method.
• Analytics and advertising tool providers: entities supporting us in measuring website traffic and displaying ads. We currently work with the following entities:

4. User Age

The zeryt.pl service is intended, among others, for people preparing for driving license exams (including categories available to minors). According to regulations, if you are under 16 years of age, your parent or legal guardian must consent to creating an account.

5. Cookies

Our service uses cookies for:

• Ensuring the proper functioning of the site (necessary cookies, e.g. for maintaining login sessions).
• Analyzing website traffic and user behavior.
• Displaying personalized or non-personalized ads.

During your first visit to the site, we will ask for your consent to use cookies for analytical and advertising purposes (via a Cookie Banner). You can modify or withdraw this consent at any time.

7. Data Retention Period

We store your data for as long as you have an active account with our service. After the user deletes their account, the data is permanently removed from our database.
